Kaizen Handmade Locally Forged Replacement Mesh for Small Konro Grill
Description
NEW – Handmade in Shropshire
We’re pleased to introduce our Kaizen handmade replacement mesh for Konro grills, locally forged in Shropshire by an experienced ironworker and made specifically for those who want to keep their Konro grill performing at its best.
Over time, the original mesh on a Konro can become worn through regular use, high temperatures and seasoning. Rather than replacing the entire grill, our replacement mesh provides a simple, heavy-duty solution that allows you to continue enjoying your Konro for years to come.
Using our local knowledge, we’ve sourced an experienced Shropshire ironworker with over 50 years of experience working with some of the largest companies in the country. Each mesh is made with durability and practical everyday use in mind.
The mesh is designed to provide excellent airflow and heat distribution while giving you a strong, reliable cooking surface for yakitori, vegetables, meat, fish and other foods cooked over charcoal.
As with our Konro shelving system, this replacement mesh is made locally in Shropshire, England, rather than mass-produced overseas. It is built to be practical, hard-wearing and suitable for the demanding temperatures of charcoal cooking.
Built for Serious Charcoal Cooking
The heavy-duty construction is designed to withstand repeated use over high heat, making it an ideal replacement for a tired or damaged Konro mesh.
Whether you use your Konro at home, in a professional kitchen or in a restaurant, this replacement mesh gives you the opportunity to refresh your grill without having to replace the whole unit.
Please note: This is a handmade, locally forged product and each piece may have slight variations in finish, marks and appearance. These are a natural result of the manufacturing process and are part of what makes each mesh unique.
Please season the mesh before first use by brushing a thin layer of cooking oil over the surface and heating it gradually over the charcoal.
Handmade in Shropshire. Built for charcoal. Made to last.
