As we've grown as a business it's inevitable we will have some Konro grills damaged in Transit. It's rare but it does happen - Often hairline cracks that are barely noticeable. All of these grills have been thoroughly checked over and I can assure you the performance is not effected at all. My own personal Konro is six years old, severely damaged in transit and Still Going Strong!!

Some of the Konro's are 'as good as new' but may have been used in demo's or even featured on TV or used for a Newspaper review. These grills may have ony been used once so if
'Brand New' is not your thing then there's a substantial saving to be made.

Used a few times by a customer when a hairline crack was noticed. It may have happened in transit or a slight fault in manufacturing. As these grills are made by the Diatomite material being pressed it's possible some air was trapped in the process. Functionality will not be impaired and we suspect it will not deteriorate.

This entirely handmade Shichirin Grill was skilfully carved out of a single block of Diatomite material, hence the original price. These grills are not available to us anymore so this is truly a one off...
