The YAKINIKU® wok pan is a perfect addition to your barbecue accessories.
The Yakiniku Wok pan is made entirely of thick, high carbon steel, the ultimate material for reaching extremely high temperatures.
As with all all carbon steal pans, please season your pan regularly with a neutral veg or rapeseed oil, clean after use with a mild detegent, dry thoroughly and repeat. Build up the 'seasoning' fradually and these pans will last a life time. Never use an abrasive scourer and always season / keep dry before storage.

What is a Flambadou?
Culinary magic – the Flambadou is a heavy duty steel cone, with a slotted opening at the base, attached to a long handle.Â
This historic piece of outdoor cooking kit is intended to be heated until glowing red and then used to ignite and melt fat to drip seductively on to your barbecued food.
Sit the cone in the coals until it glows red. Carefully hold the hot flambadou over your food and add chunks of fat into the cone.Â

The stack fits perfectly on the small and for those of you with a large or large long the shelving unit can fit anywhere along the grill whilst also allowing you to continue utilizing the original mesh grill.
Using our local knowledge we sourced one of the best ironworkers in Shropshire who has no less than 50 years experience working with some of the largest companies in the country.
There is no comparison to the original Konro Grills, made from thick blocks of Diatomite in a single area of Southern Japan. And now we developed our shelving system to provide the best konro BBQ experience.
Fully made in Shropshire England, this rack sits perfectly on the grill, slotting over the sides with no movement, providing multiple levels for cooking, resting or keeping food warm. In addition, a solid top is useful for pans and utensils. Each shelving comes with two cooking shelves offering different heat flow and a yakitori shelf option, all of which interchange between the three shelving positions.
