We use DPD Express where you can monitor the progress of your delivery using the tracking number provided. They will also inform you of delivery to your address by email and sms using the mobile provided.
(On occasions we will use different couriers who offer the most efficient service)
We always aim for next day delivery subject to availability. On all orders placed and paid for before 4 pm your package will usually be delivered to the U.K Mainland within three working days but usually much quicker!
For Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, other offshore islands and remote areas including the Scottish Islands orders will normally be delivered within seven working days
EUROPE
From the 1st January 2021 customers from Europe may be liable for import Taxes / Customs charges depending on which country you are based. This is on top of the purchase price from us and payable to the courier company. Once goods have left the UK we are no longer responsible for any additional charges and are unable to deal with your countries customs procedure. It is the customers responsibility to look out for an email or letter from the courier company to pay any taxes and handling fees.
- If Goods are returned to us due to unpaid local taxes or any other reason that Chefslocker was not responsible for the customer is liable for any shipping cost incurred by Chefslocker -

If you are an individual ordering from Norway we will need your PID number **

- An additional charge may apply to the much larger konro grills (17kg/22kg/25kg) and Excess weight Charcoal

Terms + Conditions / Refunds
All Knives are strictly prohibited to be sold to those under 18 years of age
Goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis. Customers have the right to cancel an order for a full refund at any time up to ten working days after the day of delivery in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, providing that the goods are unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging . Return postage is at the the customers expense and must be suitable for this type of product. The Company reserves the right to impose a charge for any damaged goods or packaging. Refunds will be made once the goods have been examined. The Company reserves the right to deduct any costs that it may incur in refund transactions.
